The trade mark of blind rivets “ELNAR”, which includes A2/A2 (stainless steel/stainless steel), Al/Al (aluminium/aluminium), Al/St (aluminium/steel), St/St (steel/steel) rivets, is registered for products of chinese manufacturers who were awarded ISO/TS16949:2002 certificate and have been manufacturing high quality rivet products for about 20 years.
Rivets “ELNAR” are widely used to fasten building materials and equipment to inner and external structural members of different buildings and constructions.

Gosstroy Certificate or Rosstroy Certificate
Rosstroy Certificate for building materials: this document is issued for products used in construction. It confirms that product complies with the accepted codes and standards. It is issued after some tests and an expert’s report with informations about technical charatheristics, repair, use, maintenance and security of materials. In order to obtain a Rosstroy Certificate it is required to present Hygienic Certificate and Fire Certificate. The Rosstroy Certificate is a pre-requisite for obtaining a GOST R Certificate of Conformity.
GOST R Certificate of Conformity
GOST is the Russian word for "norm", and R stands for Russia. For most products, certification is needed if you wish to sell them in Russia. The main products concerned are materials in contact with food and human beings; industrial equipment for food, chemical, oil & gas, construction and other industries; mechanical and electrical goods. Also concerned are consumer products such as foodstuffs, textiles and clothes, cosmetics and perfumery, domestic goods and toys. The certificate can be valid for a one-time-only shipment or for a period of 1 or 3 years.
